Q. What does it cost?
A. The minimum purchase is six postings for nine dollars, or $1.50 each. With purchases of higher quantities, the cost can be as low as eighty-three cents. In other words, about 2% of the cost of a newspaper ad.
Q. What do I get for my money?
A. The posting contains:
1. Listing details and description
2. Up to 12 property photos
3. Map with aerial views and directions
4. Virtual tour link
5. Link to your email
6. Link to your website
7. Text message feature- (this is so cool) users can send you a text message from their desktop
8. Your photo
9. Your bio
10. An email to the seller containing a link to the posting.
Q. How are you going to get buyers to visit OpenHouseAnywhere.com?
A. Search engine adwords. If you are in a large city, google now on "(your city) open house." If there is no adword for your city and you are using our site, let us know and we will see about adding it.
Q. Isn't this just one more thing to keep up with?
A. We made it as easy as possible with these features:
1. Enter your personal information, contact info, and photo one time.
2. Enter your listing's details one time.
3. All info can be easily edited.
4. Schedule your open house events as far in advance as you wish.
5. Scheduled open house events can be re-scheduled.
6. We will, if you wish, monitor your account and provide for automatic purchases so that your account is never empty. Of course, you call the shots and you may cancel at any time.
Q. Can FSBOs use this site?
A. No. Real estate professionals and builders only.
Q. May I enter rentals into this service.
A. Yes, of course. Since visitors may be searching with a price minimum, you may not get the action that you want, but you are welcome to do it.
Q. Explain the Individual and Company sign up procedure.
A. Any individual agent can sign up. These individuals would then purchase their own postings, enter their own information, and schedule their own postings. A manager can sign up and buy postings for the company. The company can then enter as many associates as necessary at no cost. In this case, the manager would schedule the open house postings.
Q. What does it take to sign up?
A. Click on signup, and we guide you. In ten minutes you can post your next open house.

Trouble Shooting for Real Estate Professionals
ISSUE: Virtual tour is not playing.
FIX. First, make certain that you entered the correct url address. It is easy to capture the search address, which shows up before the VT address. On your site, display the VT, and when it is playing, copy and paste the address (from the URL bar) into the VT field. THEN, make certian that it starts with "www." We have already added the "http://," for you, so it will be displayed twice if you include it, and that would cause it not to play.
ISSUE: I entered the City field incorrectly, and the update will not fix it.
Fix. The only way to get back on track is to enter the listing again, from start to finish. DO NOT schedule any open house events at the incorrect property.
ISSUE: How do I add photos of my listings?
Fix. Follow these steps.
1. Save the pictures to an easy-to-find folder in your computer.
2. At the bottom of the Property Data page, select "browse." This action opens up the files in your computer, and you can navigate to your stored photos. Right click on the photo, choose "Select," and your first photo is entered. Select "Add Another Photo" and repeat the process up to 12 times.
